A Certified Residential Appraiser is an individual that can appraise a one- to four-unit residential property without regard to transaction value, and non-residential property up to a transaction value of $250,000.
This course will prepare you to identify and complete challenging appraisal assignments more efficiently out in the field and use statistical concepts to process data, and ultimately complete your appraisals faster. Get the knowledge you need to upgrade your license classification and be prepared for more complex appraisals.
