Additional Wisconsin State Requirements

In addition to completing an approved real estate appraisal course and passing the state exam, Wisconsin requires 2,000 hours of appraisal experience to be completed within 24 months of passing the state exam before you can become a Licensed Residential Real Estate Appraiser.
