Trainee 90 hours, including 15 hours of USPAP None Any Property which the supervising appraiser is permitted to appraise.
Residential 90 hours, including 15 hours of USPAP 2,000 hours of acceptable appraisal experience Any 1-4 family property with transaction value up to $1 million, and non-residential property with transaction value up to $250,000
Certified Residential 120 hours, including 15 hours of USPAP 2,500 hours of acceptable appraisal experience and 2 1/2 years of experience. Any 1-4 family property without regard to transaction value and non-residential property with transaction value up to $250,000
Certified General 180 hours, including 15 hours of USPAP 3,000 hours of acceptable appraisal experience, of which 1,500 hours must be non-residential and 2 1/2 years of experience. All real estate without regard to value or complexity.
